These terms govern your use of the FeelMyMac website, Mac application and FeelMyMac Social Studio. By using a service, you agree to these terms and to the terms of any connected platform.

FeelMyMac licence

A purchased FeelMyMac licence is personal, non-transferable and permits one active Mac unless the checkout states otherwise. You may not resell, share, reverse engineer or use the application in a way that violates applicable law.

Authorised social accounts

You may connect and publish only to accounts that you own or are expressly authorised to manage. You remain responsible for every upload, caption, disclosure, visibility choice and publication. Social Studio must not be used for spam, impersonation, rights infringement or attempts to evade platform limits.

Content and permissions

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant FeelMyMac the limited permission required to process, temporarily store and transmit that content to the social platforms you select. You confirm that you have all rights, music permissions and disclosures required for the content.

Third-party services

Purchases are processed by Polar. Instagram and TikTok control account authorisation, review, publishing availability, visibility, limits and moderation. Their services may change, reject or delay a publication independently of FeelMyMac.

Availability

We work to keep the services reliable, but they are provided as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific reach, views, revenue or approval by a third-party platform. Features may be changed or suspended to protect users, comply with platform rules or maintain security.

Termination

You may stop using the services or disconnect a social account at any time. We may restrict access when use creates security, legal, abuse or platform-compliance risk.
