This policy explains how FeelMyMac handles information when you visit our website, buy or activate the Mac app, contact us, or connect an authorised social account to FeelMyMac Social Studio.

Information we process

Basic website usage information used to understand page performance and improve the experience.
Purchase, receipt and licence information handled by Polar as our merchant of record.
Messages and contact details that you choose to send to us.
For a connected Instagram or TikTok account: the account identifier, display name, avatar, authorised profile statistics, media information, publishing permissions and OAuth tokens provided by the platform.
Media, captions, publishing choices and scheduled times that an authorised user uploads to Social Studio.

How we use information

We use this information only to operate FeelMyMac, deliver licences, provide support, secure the service, display authorised account information, and publish or schedule content when the account owner explicitly requests it.

Social platform data

OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored encrypted on our controlled server and are never placed in the public application code. Social Studio requests only the permissions needed for account identification, authorised statistics and publishing. Uploaded media is stored temporarily and is removed after the connected platform confirms publication. Disconnecting an account stops future access from Social Studio.

Payments and third parties

Polar processes checkout, receipts and licences under its own privacy terms. Instagram and TikTok process login, consent and published content under their respective policies. Website analytics are provided by Umami Cloud. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

We keep information only for as long as needed to provide the service, meet security and legal obligations, or resolve a support request. We use access controls, encryption for social tokens, HTTPS and limited server access, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can disconnect a social account in Social Studio or revoke FeelMyMac access from the connected platform. You may also ask us to access, correct or delete information associated with you, subject to legal retention requirements.
